Background

After developing the frontend ticket usage service, I began designing the backend CRM to support various functions, including listing frontend products (tickets), managing ticket exchanges, Ticket Trust Management, handling bundle tickets and VIP membership sales, configuring coupon settings, and other related operations.

  • Collaborating with the RD (Research & Development) team to define feature specifications

  • Building information flows and assessing the feasibility of final designs to ensure they meet requirements while aligning with the existing IA structure

Main Features 1

Ticket Exchange System

Enables users to exchange tickets they desire.

New Feature: Collections – Allows staff to define which tickets within a collection are exchangeable.

Ensures tickets cannot be sold without proper trust authorization.

Main Features 3

Internal Staff Efficiency Improvement

Allows internal staff to quickly assemble new products by combining tickets from different products without manually configuring bundle contents from scratch.
