
Background
One Gobo is a project aimed at connecting the diverse industries within the Gobo Group. At the time, customers from different industries are separate. Therefore, we developed a plan to expand the customer base across all services offered by the Gobo Group, regardless of industry.

My Role
UX Designer & Product Manager
Responsibilities
Conduct reference research & needs analysis.
Build the platform from 0 to 1.
Wireframe 8 features.
Develop specs in close collaboration with RD teams.
Iterate quickly based on decisions & test results.

Challenges
Due to the diversity of industries, users are fragmented. The key challenge is attracting users to adopt the One Gobo system to create a sustainable ecosystem. Other challenges include the high cost of VIP pricing, the potential need for cross-industry services, and how users can access them.
